Basic Lawn Service
Includes 39 weekly visits per year – from mid-April to mid-October. Service includes:
- Mow grass
- Edge all hard surfaces – driveway, walkway, sidewalk, etc.
- String trim areas inaccessible to mowers
- Blow off all hard surfaces
Full Lawn Service
Includes all services from Basic Lawn Service plus:
- Trim all shrubbery 12′ and below
- Perform herbicide treatment of weeds in beds
- Semi-annual wet test of sprinkler system – adjust heads and zones.
Add-ons
- Bi-Monthly Turf Fertilizer & Pest Control Program: We can provide an ongoing program to keep your turf lush, green and healthy, and free of chinch bugs, grubs, and other damaging pests.
- Shrub and Palm Tree Fertilizer & Pest Control Program: This can be done in conjunction with the turn program or individually. Our price to include this is very competitive.
